Piraeus does consulting a little differently than some local firms. In most cases, our consultants each spend at least one day a week at our headquarters where we mix our developers, analysts, marketers and project managers together in the same offices. Collaboration across varying areas of expertise is one of our company’s core values—we’ve seen it work too many times not to empower this in our employees.
Some companies recruit individuals from the area or abroad and then send them to a client to sink or swim. Our employees are committed to Piraeus, to you, and to the work they do. We hire and keep only the strongest contributors, working with them to continue to always expand their knowledge and abilities. All of our employees are W-2, salaried employees with whom we enjoy a long and fruitful professional relationship—they’re good at their job.
While day to day goals are often set by the client, Piraeus provides overall management—consultants aren’t supposed to be expensive temp workers, but instead provide unique tactical and strategic value not otherwise available.
