How do we work with our clients?
In almost every case, we charge our clients a fixed monthly or weekly fee for consulting services. What we’ve seen with most firms is that an hourly rate discourages the creation of efficiencies in process and design, and cost-cutting or time-saving ideas too often go unshared.
