In most cases our clients know where they’re experiencing inefficiencies and Piraeus works with them to design and build a better process with new tools, while in other situations it’s valuable to invest more time in discovery before moving forward. Regardless, tools and process must be designed and delivered hand-in-hand, as one without the other produces inefficiencies.
We’ve automated data collection via Web crawlers and bots. We’ve built numerous custom Web forms to capture input from a variety of sources and individuals, or to deliver surveys. We’ve designed and built automated e-mailers to send information or timely reminders.
While Piraeus has done the most work in Java, C#, PHP, and ASP.Net, we’re by and large technology agnostic. Our core role is to use the best tools to solve our customers’ problems in the simplest, most elegant way possible.
